Meridian’s mission has consistently aimed to faithfully reproduce the original performance’s sound without any interference or alteration. The added DSP device in the Special Edition speakers doubles the processing power, enabling all audio, including MQA Core streams, to render higher frequency, irrespective of the incoming sampling rate. This enhancement boosts resolution, detail, and clarity, delivering utmost fidelity for music and movies.
DSP7200
The DSP7200SE features dual DSP processors and drive-unit clamp rings, paired with rigorous cabinet resonance control, ensuring the listener experiences intricate details. Its beryllium tweeter delivers remarkable clarity and detail, ensuring prolonged, effortless enjoyment. With exceptional fidelity, punch, and control, the DSP7200SE offers an ideal audio solution for small to medium-sized rooms (20-50m2) seeking authentic sound.
DSP5200
The DSP5200SE features a complete matched audio system, offering top-notch quality, lower power usage, and impressive low-frequency performance despite its compact size. It comes in standard piano lacquer black but can be customized with our Select finishing option. It’s available in full-range floorstanding and horizontal center-channel configurations, catering to both audio and home cinema needs.
DSP7200 HC
The DSP7200HC SE is designed to fit beneath large-screen TVs and behind acoustically-transparent projection screens, ideal for systems incorporating Meridian free-standing or in-wall loudspeakers. This Special Edition ensures lifelike sound, employing Full Frequency Alignment to refine lower frequencies for a natural tone. Its unique Image Elevation technology enhances immersion by tying the sound to on-screen action, despite its placement below the screen.
DSP5200 HC
The DSP5200SE HC is tailored for placement beneath a large-screen TV, fitting discreetly behind an acoustically-transparent projection screen. It perfectly complements other Meridian free-standing or in-wall loudspeakers, offering versatile integration options.

Meridian E3 Bass utilizes custom-designed filters to broaden, prolong, and enrich the low-frequency output of the speaker system.
FFA
FFA (Full Frequency Alignment) combines digital filters and delays to rectify a loudspeaker’s group delay, ensuring that all frequencies reach the listener’s ear simultaneously.
TRUE TIME
True Time, Meridian’s exclusive Apodising Filter, circumvents pre-ringing and mitigates the impact of early filters, transforming pre-echo into post-echo for enhanced audio clarity.
TRUE LINK
Meridian True Link serves as an encryption method for transferring high-definition digital audio through SPDIF connections. It enables secure digital audio transmission while preserving the SPDIF clock signal with minimal degradation.
FREE-Q
Meridian Free-Q resolves acoustic issues linked to particular loudspeaker placement scenarios.
The Special Edition loudspeakers leverage two DSP devices to empower the processing capabilities that enable the rendering of all audio, including MQA Core streams, at a consistent 176.4/192kHz, irrespective of the incoming sampling rate.
